The LA luminaires are designed and manufactured according to customer needs. Although the manufacture is based on the models represented on our website or in the showroom, it is possible that the final appearance differs slightly, given the artisanal and handmade nature of the LA products.
Orders are made through the website or directly via an invoice provided by our customer service. In both cases, the details and conditions of the order must be finalized and approved before putting into production. Payment implies approval.
Payment can be made via Visa or Mastercard.
Luminaire Authentik uses the fast and quality service of CANPAR and DICOM to ship Canadian orders. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice card indicating where the parcel can be picked up (postal outlet or nearest Canada Post office).
US orders are shipped from our NewPort Vermont service point via USPS. If you are not present at the time of delivery, USPS will leave you a notice card indicating where the package can be picked up (postal outlet or USPS office closest to you).
PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY
All our luminaires are made to order and the production time is determined according to the project. Subsequently, delivery takes 2 to 3 days on average (depending on delivery address).
Luminaire Authentik does not provide any specific delivery date guarantee for an order, except for exceptions. However, it is possible to track production progress by contacting customer service at any time during the period following the order.
Authentik Lighting will provide you with a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the merchandise is shipped. By clicking on the tracing number, you will be automatically directed to the carrier’s website. This will tell you where your order is.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Given the “Made to measure” character of our products, exchanges are unfortunately impossible, except in exceptional cases. Please contact LA Customer Service within 30 days of receiving the order to verify the possibilities. Should an exchange be accepted, the customer will be required to pay the transportation costs for the exchange or drop it directly to the workshop.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
Luminaire Authentik warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and operates from the date of manufacture. Should the product prove defective, Authentik Lighting, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective part (s) or return a new replacement product, free of charge.
After receiving your luminaire, you have 30 days to contact us and report a damaged or defective product.
Fees may be applicable for repair or replacement, as applicable. The client will be informed if necessary.
The returned luminaire must remain in its original packaging.
All our products have a 1 year warranty.
Luminaire Authentik reserves the right to inspect the defective luminaire at all times to determine the defect and its cause. Luminaire Authentik therefore reserves the right to judge whether this defect is covered by the one-year warranty.
