HAND-MADE
LA light fixtures are custom-designed and crafted to meet the client's specific needs. While the production is based on models shown on our website or in the showroom, the final appearance may slightly vary due to the handmade and artisanal nature of LA products.
ORDERS
Orders are placed via the website or directly through a client portal provided by our lighting design team following an in-person or virtual consultation. In both cases, the details and terms of the order must be finalized and approved before production begins. Payment of the deposit implies approval. No changes will be possible after this step.
Payment, made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, implies approval of the order details.
DELIVERY
You will receive a link to your client portal with delivery information. It is important to be present to receive the order. We use independent carriers and our own LA Authentik delivery service to ship orders. A signature is required upon delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for a second shipment. It is the client's responsibility to inform LA of any delivery constraints (absence, business hours, loading dock, etc.).
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES
All our fixtures are made to order, and the production time is established based on the project. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days (depending on the delivery address) after production. Please note that production and delivery times do not account for summer vacations, holidays, and the Christmas break when the workshop and suppliers are closed.
Luminaire Authentik does not guarantee a specific delivery date for an order, except in rare cases. However, you can track production progress via your client portal or by contacting customer service anytime after placing your order.
DELIVERY TRACKING
Luminaire Authentik will email you a tracking number once the shipment is made. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be automatically redirected to the carrier's website, where you can track your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
Luminaire Authentik guarantees that the product is free from material and manufacturing defects and will function from the date of manufacture. If the product proves defective, Luminaire Authentik will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s).
After receiving your fixture, you have 30 days to contact us and report a damaged or defective product.

Fees may apply for repair or replacement, depending on the case. The client will be informed accordingly.
Returned fixtures must remain in their original packaging.
The client is responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt before scheduling installation, as the warranty does not cover installation costs if damage requires a product replacement.
WARRANTY
All our products come with a 5-year warranty, except for bulbs, which are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from TALA. The linear and modern outdoor collections have a 2-year warranty. To benefit from the TALA manufacturer's warranty, compatible dimmers are recommended, and you can find them in your client portal under the PDF guides. Please note that no warranty will apply if the product has been modified or altered in any way.
Luminaire Authentik reserves the right to examine the defective fixture at any time to determine the defect and its cause. Luminaire Authentik also reserves the right to decide if the defect is covered by the five-year warranty.
